The Chamber has a Board of Directors made up of up to  twelve members.  The Directors serve a three year term.  An election is held annually to elect replacements at the Annual General Meeting.

To facilitate the operations of the Chamber, the functional areas of responsibility are divided into committees. A director of the Chamber chairs each committee. In conjunction with the membership, the committee and the directors of the Chamber each committee establishes:

• Long-Term goals
• Annual Action Plans
• Annual Budgets
• Community events
• Business contact information
